Return Policies:
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued for FULL-PRICE ITEMS only.
**All items Discounted 20% - 30% off are returnable for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Credit Card Refunds.
**All items DISCOUNTED 40% or more are FINAL SALE.
**Price adjustments cannot be made on any prior orders. Thank you for your understanding.
**Beauty - Skincare, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Candles, Home, Jewelry, and Swimwear/Undergarments are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with any original tags intact.
Return Process:
All returns must be pre-approved by Nicole Palmer & Co. and returned with an assigned Return Authorization number. Before returning any merchandise, please email us at nicole@nicolepalmerandco.com, and we will issue you an RA#.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original ship date.
We recommend returns be made with a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Nicole Palmer & Co. is not responsible for missing packages.

Once your return is received, you will receive an email once your exchange or refund has been processed.
Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error on our part or in the case of damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
