Shipping Policy

 

U.S. Shipping Rates (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and PR) via United States Postal Service:

IN-STORE PICK-UP - Orders will be held at 316 Gifford Street, Unit 6, and can be picked up during regular store hours: Free of Charge

GROUND - 7-10 business days - For purchases over $150: Complimentary

PRIORITY - up to 2 business days: $35

**Please note, all domestic shipments with a value over $150 will be shipped with signature required unless otherwise requested by the customer. If the signature requirement is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for the package, and Underground Fashion is not responsible for loss or theft.

Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, via United States Postal Service: $45

At this time, We do offer for International Shipping Flat Rate: $48

DELIVERY TIME

We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us, subject to stock availability and quality checks.

USA & Canada

In USA & Canada, orders are delivered 5 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Rest of World

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to UPS international courier delivery times in your country.

Restrictions on jewelry

We are currently unable to dispatch orders containing jewelry to Russia or China. In order to receive your jewelry purchases, we suggest that you arrange for your shipment to be delivered to an alternative destination.

SHIPPING

It can be sent to an address selected by you. (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time after you have placed your order online. Nicole Palmer & Co.’s teams will try their best to meet these estimates, but cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met.

Nicole Palmer & Co. insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Nicole Palmer & Co. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Nicole Palmer & Co. provides free shipping on all orders above USD $150 in the USA (Domestic Only).  Underground Fashion reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. 

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

If you refuse a shipment from Nicole Palmer & Co. you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Nicole Palmer & Co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us your shipping and handling questions or comments.


IN-STORE COLLECTION & FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt to personally collect, or send a representative for, your purchase from Nicole Palmer & Co. store during weekdays.

This service is available for orders placed in the Cape Cod Area and to be collected or free local delivery from Nicole Palmer & Co. in store.

Simply select the Pick Up In Store option on the Shipping page at Checkout. This option will only be displayed if your selected shipping country is USA. We will notify you once the order is ready for pickup. You will have 2 weeks’ time to collect it from the Nicole Palmer & Co. store.

To collect your order, present your printed order confirmation and the credit card used to make the purchase, or a photo ID of the person named as collecting on your behalf.


INSURANCE

Nicole Palmer & Co. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Nicole Palmer & Co. and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
